2. Our Products

We sell a range of new, open-box, used and customer-return products.

Because some of our products originate from customer returns and liquidation stock, individual items may show signs of previous handling or use.

Every item is inspected and tested by us before it is listed for sale, where reasonably possible.

The condition of each individual product will be clearly stated on its product page.

Product photographs and descriptions are intended to accurately represent the item being sold.

3. Product Condition

We may use the following condition descriptions:

New
The item is new and has not been previously used, unless otherwise stated.

Open Box
The original packaging has been opened. The item has been inspected and tested and is sold in the condition described on the product page.

Used – Tested & Working
The item has previously been used or returned. It has been inspected and tested and is confirmed to be working at the time of listing, unless otherwise stated.

Used – Cosmetic Marks
The item is working but may have visible signs of previous use, which will be described and/or shown in photographs.

If an item is missing an accessory, has a defect, or has another known issue, this will be stated in the product description.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Where VAT is applicable, the applicable VAT treatment will be reflected in the price and/or checkout information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not store full payment card details.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law.

If a product is faulty, not as described or does not meet your legal rights, you should contact us as soon as possible.

We will deal with such issues in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Right to Cancel

When you purchase goods online as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.

We take reasonable steps to inspect and test products before listing them for sale.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any supplied manufacturer's instructions.

If you believe a product may be unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for your statutory consumer rights.
